AI Agent Calendar Secretary
I built a full calendar + to-do system, then gave it an AI agent. "Add all the Jewish holidays" — done. It plans my days and tells me what's coming.

This is the app I use most — every single day. It’s a from-scratch productivity app (tasks, shopping lists, life goals) whose real interface isn’t the UI. It’s AI.
Three different assistants can read and write it: a ChatGPT Custom GPT that acts as my secretary, a Claude Code skill, and an OAuth MCP server I wrote (~660 lines) that connects it to Claude on my phone. “Add all the Jewish holidays to my calendar” is one sentence. “Plan my day around these three tasks” is one sentence. The secretary handles the rest.
It grew out of a much bigger planner app I once designed in full and then deliberately shelved — the vision came true anyway, not as a venture-scale app, but as a personal tool that runs my real life. Sometimes the right size for a product is exactly one very happy user.
The evolution went further: I connected an autonomous agent on my server to this app and to Telegram, and had it send me automated planning messages — a secretary that reaches out to me, not the other way around. That experiment shaped how I think about agents: the interesting part isn’t the chat window, it’s giving the AI real tools and letting it act.
